Our referral role and compensation

Last updated: October 2026

Dksuperiorcourt Tree Service is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent local tree removal providers. Dksuperiorcourt Tree Service does not perform tree work.

How Requests Are Shared

When you submit a request form or use the phone option on this website, your request may reach a local provider directly. It may also reach a marketing partner that connects homeowners with providers in our network.

Payment for Calls and Referrals

Dksuperiorcourt Tree Service may be paid for calls or referrals. Providers or marketing partners may also pay Dksuperiorcourt Tree Service for form submissions. We may receive payment even if you do not hire a provider.

Payment may depend on whether a provider answers a call or how long the call lasts. These payment arrangements may affect which provider receives your request. A referral does not mean we have compared every available provider in your area.

The provider sets the price and terms for any work. Ask the provider for a written quote before you agree to a service.

Who Is Responsible for the Work

Providers in our network are separate businesses. They are not employees of Dksuperiorcourt Tree Service. The provider you hire is responsible for the work and for the agreement you make with them. This includes:

• Describing the work and its price
• Arranging access and scheduling
• Handling safety and any required permits
• Maintaining any required licenses and insurance
• Addressing questions or concerns about the work

A referral is not an endorsement of a provider's work. Check the provider's qualifications and insurance before hiring them.

Your Choice of Provider

You have no obligation to hire a provider after receiving a referral. You may compare written quotes from other businesses. Ask whether the quote includes hauling away wood, removing the stump and cleaning up the work area. Keep a copy of the agreed scope and payment terms.

Call Tracking and Recording

Calls through this website may be tracked. Some calls may also be recorded for quality checks, referral verification and billing.
