How to send a complaint

We want homeowners contacting Dksuperiorcourt Tree Service to receive fair and honest treatment. Please tell us when something goes wrong. This page describes how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Report

You may contact us about:

• Your experience reaching Dksuperiorcourt Tree Service by phone or another method
• The handling of your personal information
• Site information that seems incorrect or unclear
• The conduct of a provider we referred you to

When the Concern Involves a Provider

Providers in our network operate independently. Their quotes, pricing, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly. Keep a written record of that exchange.

Please also tell us what happened. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. We may remove providers after repeated shortcomings. Dksuperiorcourt Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on the provider's behalf.

Details to Include

Send your complaint to contact@dksuperiorcourt.bar with:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you dialed or form you submitted, if remembered
• The provider's name, if you know it
• An explanation of the problem and the action you want us to take

Our Review Process

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine what happened and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our response does not address your concern, reply and ask us to review it again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the local Better Business Bureau. A state or local licensing office may be able to help with concerns involving licensed contractors.
